Manager Administration Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Licenses acquisition /Renewals. These include:-
(b)Vehicle inspection reports
(c)Speed governors certificates
(d)Fire licenses for tankers along with also premises
(e)Transit /export licenses
(g)Payment of land rates /Rents.
(h)Ensuring tankers are calibrated.
(i)Sourcing for ERC licenses for LPG tanks.
- Reporting accidents to insurance company, preparing claim files along with also legal files for follow up by legal advisor.
- Updating incidents/ accidents along with also cases due for hearing on ERP.
- Procurement of office supplies based on the best quote via the market.
- Following up on the position of log books via the financiers.
- Undertaking registration of locally fabricated trailers at Registrar of motor vehicles.
- Handling tracking team issues in communication. This kind of is usually in regard to installation of tracking units along with also any concerns of which may arise.
- Supervising the Admin officer along with also ensuring of which tasks within the section are carried out as required.
Qualifications for the Manager Administration Job
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
