National carrier Kenya Airways have been forced to apologise to a passenger who was roughed up in addition to thrown on the floor by airport staff.
The incident which happened on Tuesday at an Accra Airport in Ghana saw some airport staff rough her up after she asked them why the flight had been delayed.
On Wednesday KQ issued statement after the gruesome video was posted on social media.

They said their attention had been drawn to a video on social media showing a lady being heckled while attempting to board a Kenya Airways flight coming from Accra on 12th September 2017.
“We have immediately initiated investigations into the matter in addition to will follow through to a fair in addition to proper conclusion. We have identified the lady within the video, retrieved her contact details in addition to are currently producing efforts to reach her,” the statement read in part.

The national carrier reiterated its condemnation of all abusive in addition to violent behavior in addition to their commitment to the promotion of safety in addition to respect within the society.
