It takes the Learn to Run app 0- 30 minutes for it to be able to assimilate you into the Easy program.
In between those 0-30 minutes, you will be running for specified minutes and walking for another specified minutes as well for 25 days. The minutes of walk and run are subject to change, but the goal is to be between 0-30 minutes each day for 25 days.
It is a fact that with such an easy program your body would be able to cope with the daily routine of running rather than leave you exhausted.
As you finish the first step, it is time to increase your pace of the number of minutes you run and walk in our Basic program on the app.
Basic caters for 0-60 minutes, you will be running for specified minutes and walking for another specified minutes as well for 25 days. The minutes of walk and run are subject to change, but the goal is to be between 0-60 minutes each day for 25 days.
The program is mostly for professional athletes who love long distance racing. It allows them to run more and less time for walks to boost their endurance.
The advance program encompasses 60-120 minutes of more intense running than walking. You will be running for specified minutes and walking for another specified minutes as well for 25 days. The minutes of walk and run are subject to change, but the goal is to be between 60-120 minutes each day for 25 days.
